A single skin partitioning system is ideal for factory and warehouse environments, for enclosing working areas, preventing intrusion and keeping equipment and property safe. Single skin partitions are both cost-effective and quick to install.
Our single skin steel partitioning system and single skin partitions come in wide range of standard sizes but can also be fully customised to work in any warehouse or factory, providing offices, secure area, dividing walls and roofs.
With a huge selection of doors, partition walls and panel options including all steel, half height windows (laminated safety glass) and mesh, single skin partitions are a truly flexible solution. A single skin partitioning system is often installed along side our mesh partitioning solution.
Single skin partitions are one of the fastest ways to create secure areas. The speed of installation means less impact to current operations.
Our single-skin steel partitions are manufactured to be as secure as possible, making it the perfect solution for creating protected environments. Constructed with a strong 40mm x 40mm x 2.5mm welded angle framework, 0.9mm thick mild steel panel skins or mesh is spot welded to the frame. The panels bolt directly together with M8 x 16mm hexagon bolts.
Unlike plasterboard painted partitioning that marks easily, the powder coated finish on our panels is hard-wearing easy to clean.
The system can be unbolted and removed/relocated with ease, allowing flexibility within your industrial environment.

Starting a partitioning project can seem like a daunting prospect so we’ve made the process as simple and reassuring as possible to ensure minimal impact to your existing workflows.
Ideally, we begin with a survey of your premises, enabling us to see how you work, take measurements and discuss different options in person with you. However, if this isn't possible then we can normally gain most of the information needed over the phone.
Following on from the site survey we will deliver our proposal & recommendations based on your requirements and anticipated future goals.
Based on the agreement of your proposal we begin the final design process, submitting detailed drawings for your approval and sign off.
Each project has a dedicated project manager who will work with you to plan dates and to provide you with H&S documentation. Our qualified installation teams will then complete the project.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and installations. We handover each project with all relevant documentation, training and certification.
Our expert team are on hand and available to answer your queries weekdays until 5:30pm.
