Titan Double Skin Clean Room Partitions

We use Troax's Titan double skin steel partitioning system for clean room partitioning.

The two-line, double skin system provides a high quality solution, and can be used to achieve a class 5 cleanroom environment when used with the appropriate air handling and HVAC systems.

This cleanroom environment is achieved by reducing the number of joints and ledges, and using special flush glazing and silicone seals. Titan double skin partitions can be multi-tiered and profiled for warehouse and office divisions in specialised areas.

Titan has been designed for use mainly in cleanroom environments, where clean processes are undertaken. Designed with hygiene in mind, the partition walls keep dust and particle leakage to a minimum - perfect for environments requiring a lot of cleanliness, such as medical rooms and laboratories. Clean room partitions help to reduce the amount of airborne pollutants.

Features Of Clean Room Partitions

Joints can be silicone sealed which reduces the air flow and further reduces particle leakage.
Completely demountable, which means that one panel can be removed without having to dismantle everything.
Ledges are eliminated with flush glazing, which also improves the overall aesthetics.
A modern look is completed with the use of polished toughened glass laying perfectly flush with the steel panels and doors.
Using the correct air handling and HEPA filters makes the Titan panel system a popular solution for mid-range cleanrooms.
Integrated blinds are available on request. These are controlled using a portable dial, keeping the panel face clear and free from clutter.

Titan Cleanroom Colour Finishes

We always prepare our products to the highest quality. All clean room panels come with a TGIC and lead-free powder coat which is an average thickness of 70 microns.

Non-standard and corporate colours are also available, as well as anti-static/electro dissipative and antimicrobial powder coatings.

AS (all steel) and SGS (steel-glass-steel) cleanroom panels all come in the standard sizes shown.

AG (all glass) panels come in a standard glass size of 500 mm x 1600 mm, and a steel frame of the desired height and width.

Survey & Consultation

Ideally, we begin with a survey of your premises, enabling us to see how you work, take measurements and discuss different options in person with you. However, if this isn’t possible then we can normally gain most of the information needed over the phone.
